Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. You must include any original packaging including all tags and boxes the items came with.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the reason for your return or exchange, and we will respond to your request within 2 business days with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Please note: return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All sale items are final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified about your return.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase, within 5-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-10 business days, please do the following (if applicable):
1. Re-check your bank account to confirm the refund has not been received,
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed and posted on your credit card statement.
3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items that do not have a tracking number.
